Please hand deliver your purchase offer deposit check payable to Dave Baxter Realty within two calendar days of the acceptance of your offer (see purchase offer paragraph 2B). 

Please place your deposit check in the brown metal mailbox by the side door at the Dave Baxter Realty home office at 709 Seneca Parkway Rochester NY 14613 (west off Dewey in the city).
